PetsMore.Com is a new Pets Concept Store and capital investment by Mr. Chin Kong Han and Ms. Lee Ah Peng husband and wife on March 2003 who has started managing pet shop since 1988.

PetsMore.Com in Mandarin pronounces as "Chong Wu Duo Duo". It is mean that "Many Pets". The Brand Founder was Sean Saw, Fionne Chin and Ys Chin who was also act as the company ket management teams to expand the brand into the retail-chain concept. Pets More currently as the Market leaders and also the biggest pet retail-chain store in Malaysia that provides conveniences, professional advice, product choices, more variety of pets choices and services for our customers. The nature of the business is to market quality pets to the customers.

All the products sold in the shop must go through a strict and thorough quality check before they are being sold to the customers. We also obtained an in-house grooming service who services our customers to keep their pets in a tiptop presentable look at all time. The pet shops are designed in a way that is spacious, clean and open to allow shoppers and pets enough rooms to move about when they are shopping in Pets More. In this technology era, Pets More also has own a Pets Online Store with the domain name of www.petsmore.com.

The establishment of PetsMoreCard is also a success. Currently we have a steady growing database of members which get to enjoy discounts and promotions on products. In the near future, Pets More plans to organize interactive activities for its members. Besides that, Pets More also plans to expand its business to more locations outside of Klang Valley to provide more accessibility to pet lovers who currently do not have such pet shop around their areas. Becoming the top pet shop in this country is our aim, selling quality products and providing superior customer service is our promise to our customers.

Is that any goal for PetsMore in the future?
Yes. We want to achieve 100 outlets by 2020. 

Where did PetsMore operate the outlets?  
Usually in shopping center or other shop outlet.

How many total of PetsMore franchised now? 
Total up more than 30 outlets in Malaysia, such as Cheras, Petaling jaya, Subang, Kepong, Klang, Damansara and other places.

How much does PetsMore franchise gross per year?

What kind of services does PetsMore provided?
For grooming we categorized into two parts, basic grooming and full groming. This included Eye Trimming, Ear cleaning, Ear Hair Removal , Nails, styling, and etc. 

Any requirement to work in PetsMore? Or any training will be provided?
Yes. Training will be provided to our employee. We are also hiring Assistant branch manager, retails branch manager, cashier, pets stylish, pets groomer or pet sell assistant. Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/SPM/ Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.  

How many hours to work daily? 
It depend the status position of employee whether it is full-timer or part-timer. Usually 10 hours daily, start from 10a.m. until 10p.m.

The environment of PetsMore is clean and comfortable. Furthermore, PetsMore designed in a way that is spacious, hygienic, and fully air-conditioned. Their cage is clean often and the pets are handle with gentle when the pets are taken to bath.Their product is quality assurance and sell in reasonable price.
